Fresh Flowers and cut Roses by Post online Direct and Delivered UK

We send to England , Scotland , Wales , Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands only,as we want you to receive your flowers in the best condition possible, the mail service to other areas can’t provide this, other areas would be subject to longer delivery times meaning our flowers would not be received in tip top condition.

Orders are sent on the date you have requested, if you want them for delivery on a specific date please allow time when ordering though we cannot guarantee it due to the nature of the postal service.

Orders have to be received before 12 (noon) to be sent out that day.

Normally we would expect the flowers to be sent from Jersey in the early afternoon and reach the United Kingdom hub in the evening. The majority but not all of deliveries are made on the following morning except for the 'highlands and islands' which will probably take a day longer.

We send Monday to Thursday only. Holidays and bank holidays and other special days like Mothering Sunday have exceptions.

The postman making the delivery can leave the box in a safe place please make sure this is in a cool dark place or with a neighbour or they may return it to the sorting office and leave a note requesting collection. Please advise us which is your prefered option.

• All flowers are packed in postal boxes and delivered by first class post from Jersey, therefore the actual date of delivery cannot be guaranteed. Please allow two to three working days for deliveries to be made from date of ordering.

• We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.

• We suggest you obtain the full UK postal address, including postcode before ordering. Cooke’s Roses cannot be liable for any delays where a postcode has not been given.

• To ensure that flowers arrive in time for Christmas, Mother’s Day or Easter, all flowers are dispatched during the week leading up to the event please order in time for us to do this.

• There are very occasional circumstances where delay is unavoidable (sudden unannounced industrial action or extreme weather). We will do our best to contact you for further instructions.

In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, Cooke’s roses reserve the right to substitute flowers or packaging with alternatives of equal or higher value.
