All prices stated include delivery to UK, long lasting flower preservatives, care instructions, and the very freshest of flowers.
Prices on our website will be iinclusive of GST if sent to Jersey addresses (effective 6th May 2008)
Exports to the UK and other Channel Islands are exempt from this tax.
• In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, Cooke’s roses reserve the right to substitute flowers or packaging with alternatives of equal or higher value.
• All flowers are packed in postal boxes and delivered by first class post from Jersey, therefore the actual date of delivery cannot be guaranteed. Please allow two to three working days for deliveries to arrive from the date they are sent.
• We will send orders on the date requested, please call us if this needs to be changed for any reason. Please note they will not be received on the send date it will take two to three days for delivery and this can not be guaranteed due to the nature of the postal service. When the date is a bank holiday we will send on the next working date. i.e. Bank Holiday Monday flowers will be sent on the Tuesday.
• We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.
• We suggest you obtain the full UK postal address, including postcode before ordering. Cooke’s Roses cannot be liable for any postal delays or non receipt.
• To ensure that flowers arrive in time for Christmas, Mother’s Day or Easter, all flowers are sent during the week leading up to the event please order in time for us to do this.
• There are very occasional circumstances where delay is unavoidable (unadvised industrial action or extreme weather conditions). We will do our best to contact you for further instructions.
• We will accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo.
• All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer. If authorization is declined by your issuer, we cannot be liable for any delay or non delivery. In these cases we will contact you to inform you immediately.
• If you have reasonable cause for dissatisfaction with any of our flowers, please call or write to us and we will be happy to discuss your complaint with you, this must be made as soon as flowers are received.
* We can't send flowers on bank holidays but if the date selected is a bank holiday we will send on the next available date. We will if time allows contact you via email to let you know.

In order flowers arrive in a good condition we may postpone posting flowers out if flights in and out of the island are disrupted or if roads are experiencing long delays.
